Preparation:

  1. Create a timeline for the move and assign tasks

  3. Hire a reputable removal company and obtain quotes
  4. Obtain necessary permits and permissions for the move
  5. Organize a walk-through of the old and new office with the removal company

Packing:

  1. Label boxes and items clearly and comprehensively
  2. Create an inventory of items to be moved
  3. Pack essential items and equipment separately
  4. Label and disconnect all electrical equipment
  5. Disconnect phones and internet connections
